The digicon® series represents the company’s quarter-turn(part-turn) electric modulating actuators. 
Torque range from 20NM to 6000NM
Both Male and Female type available.

Prefix meaning:
"Digi" stands for "digital", 
"Con" for "control",
"Digicon" symbolizes control technology centered around digital technology.

Introduction

Built to Meet Every Actuation Need

The Digicon series is our modulating acutators for everyday use and is engineered for durability, compact size, and easy installation. It’s made for applications requiring higher precision or continuous flow regulation, supporting duty cycles up to 80%. Its ultra-compact body reduces the spatial issues often encountered in today’s dense piping networks and control environments. The mounting base adheres to international interface standards, and users can choose either a female drive or an optional male drive to allow direct connection to a broad range of valves. Constructed from high strength diecast aluminum, the enclosure provides long term reliability that typically surpasses the service life of the valves it operates.

 

Offering adjustable torque levels from 20 Nm to 6000 Nm, the Series is suitable for an extensive range of actuation requirements. It accommodates everything from ball valves near from DN15 to DN500 and butterfly valve from DN25 to DN1000. The rugged housing is suitable for both indoor control panels and outdoor installations exposed to sun, rain, and temperature variation. The actuator operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 55°C, incorporates F class insulation for superior thermal protection and motor longevity, and is IP68 rated for complete protection against dust and prolonged water exposure.
