Auto Setting Control Pack (FACP-11)

Introduction:

The FACP-11 Auto Setting Control Pack accepts 4–20mA (or 1–5V) signals for precise valve angle control, with positioning accuracy up to 1/250. It supports automatic linear control across the full stroke range and includes enhanced features for a more convenient and efficient user experience.

Press and hold the Auto Setting Switch for 3 seconds to start the actuator's auto-calibration, where it cycles twice to find and confirm its open and close limit positions for precise operation.



Wiring:



Blockage Protection:

Our modulating module is equipped with a blockage protection feature. If the actuator encounters a blockage, the module will automatically shut off the motor approximately 7 seconds after detection. Simultaneously, the yellow indicator lamp will flash rapidly,signaling that the actuator has entered Blockage Protection More.


To exit this mode, a reverse input signal must be provided. Upon receiving this signal, the actuator will deactivate the Blockage Protection Mode and resume normal operation.

Auto Setting & Operating Instructions

Refer to the attached label on the pack and connect the wires for Power, Input, and Output, then turn on the power.


Press and hold the Auto Setting Switch for 3 seconds. The run (yellow) lamp will turn solid, and the actuator will cycle open (green) and close (red) twice.


If any errors occur, the run (yellow) lamp will flash rapidly. For product protection, the system will halt. The unit cannot be operated until the cause of the failure is cleared. Check the limit switch, potentiometer, motor, and other components as necessary.


After completion, input the signal (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) to verify that the actuator opens correctly. Connect an indicator (current meter) to the Output Terminal to confirm the output current.If the open position is not accurate, check the Limit Cam position and the potentiometer's adjustment, then retry the setting process.
